Listings are not recommendations

A listing on courts.co.nz is not a recommendation, endorsement or approval of that business. Being listed, appearing in any position in a ranking, and any rating shown are not advice and should not be relied on as such.

We take no responsibility for accuracy

No responsibility is taken for the accuracy of the listings. Business details — names, addresses, contact details, descriptions and anything else shown — are supplied by the businesses themselves and are not checked by us. They may be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Please check directly with a business before relying on anything here.

Before a listing is published we confirm only that whoever submitted it controls the domain name it was listed under. We do not verify the business itself, or anything it tells us about itself.

Ratings

Star ratings and comments are the opinions of the people who left them, not ours. Where a rating from Google or Trustpilot is shown, it is a summary of information held by those services and we are not responsible for it.

Your listing

If you submit a listing you are responsible for its content and must have the right to use everything in it, including any photo you upload. We may edit, hide or remove any listing at any time. You can change or remove your own listing at any time using the manage link you were given when you submitted it.

Liability

This directory is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this site, from anything shown on it, or from dealing with any business listed on it.

These terms may change from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
